13.4.2.10 Achievement Quest Claim

Quest - Quest Achievement should have a claim button that the user can use to claim the rewards when the user has fulfilled the requirements. Users can only claim once. If the claim request is rejected due to lack of fulfillment, the claim button will no longer be working

Claiming request is using a queue system according to the quest availability. Let’s say a quest has 200 quests available and 200 users are claiming the rewards. The quest will be on pending status for quest checking. The rejected request will return the availability to activate the quest one more time
