13.5.2 Smart Army License Exchange

Smart Army License - Smart Army License section should contain “ability to exchange” SMT owned in user’s wallet with one of the licenses. User should have sufficient wallet balance in order to have the license and get himself registered as Smart Army

When the license is active, the exchange button replaced with “active” button. While other license below the active license will have “locked” button
