2.8 Background Process Upgrade License

Upgrading the license works by liquidating the current license, and replacing it with a new license (upper quality). This process requires users to have sufficient SMT balance as the new license price. This process will unlock the locked LP token (previous license), send it to users’ wallet and then send new SMT token from users’ balance to lock the LP token once again
